Soil Health Matters: Multispecies Pastures & Foliar Fertilisers

Join Milawa Markwood Oxley Landcare Group and Grant Sims from Down Under Ag for a practical learning workshop designed as a 101 introduction to foliar fertilisation, bio-fermentation and multi-species pastures.

The session will focus on:

  • Where foliar nutrition fits in with modern farming systems

  • Understanding when, why, and how to use foliar fertilisers

  • Practical decision-making: brew vs buy

  • Clear, real-world do's and don’ts of foliar application and making bio fermented liquids

  • Multi species pastures design and how to manage

The morning will begin at the Everton Hall, followed by an on-farm demonstration at Alan Wood's property, Markwood.

  • Lunch and light refreshments provided.

  • BYO camp chairs and water bottles.

  • Please wear suitable clothing and shoes for all weather conditions.
